We will ALWAYS delete any unreleased music you send over as soon as we can after we have completed your project and no longer require it, and we will never share it anywhere without your permission.

This website uses a company called Tally to provide the contact form in which prospective clients input their details and queries. You can read more about their privacy policy and how they store data here.

Zirconia Audio has a customer CRM (don't know what that is? read more here) in which the following basic details are inputted after projects have been fully finished and paid for in full: Client name, e-mail address (only when you have provided it during a project), type of work carried out, financial value of the work and genre of the work. This is used to conduct an analysis of our service, business performance and tailor future marketing materials. We may also input details of potential clients who enquired about our services and decided to opt for another mixing engineer or producer instead during the process for analysis purposes. There will be no data inputted into the CRM which hasn’t been given to us via the contact form, and all data is password protected with care taken over security.

We will NEVER add anyone to any mailing lists without their permission.

We will always take special care with financial information and only process it for the essential purpose of clients paying for our service and yearly accounting.

We store data in a customer CRM to enable us to carry out important business performance analysis, determine the success or otherwise of marketing activities and identify patterns such as the musical genres of clients and how often we have worked with them. This enables us to improve performance and create more targeted marketing materials in future. We will never add anyone to an e-mail newsletter who hasn't consented to join it.

Depending on the customer enquiry, we may need to collect basic details including their name and contact details, any correspondence we have had previously, the work we carried out for them and in some cases their financial details. This is to ensure we are responding to their enquiry effectively with all the details we need at hand to be able to do that.

How long we keep information

We keep information as long as it is necessary to do so. Basic low-level details such as e-mail addresses will be stored for an indefinite period via our CRM, but only if you have provided your contact details to us. We will endeavour to delete any unreleased music files you send over as soon as we no longer require them to carry out work on your project. We will never use your personal information to add you to mailing lists without your permission. We will review this periodically and aim to delete any unnecessary data whenever it is possible to do so.

Others we may share personal information with

Suppliers and service providers including Tally, Google Analytics, WeTransfer, Quickbooks and Notion. All possible use cases are outlined above.
